- Inspection: We check the state of your roofing carefully, outlining any repairs which are required.
- Repair: Almost all roofs need some repairs, including on tiles, sheet metal, guttering and valley irons. These are completed before the roof is sealed to improve the longevity
- Pressure Wash: The roof is then thoroughly cleaned with a high-pressure hose to remove dirt, leaves, dust and other debris.
- Prime and Seal: A primer and sealer is applied to address any specific issues you’re struggling with. For example, a thicker and glossier sealant can assist with pitted and eroding tiles that are not yet bad enough to need replacing.
- Roof Membrane and Paint: Finally, the roof membrane (a thin flexible coating over the surface) is added to keep tiles where they should be and rain and pests out. You can choose from over 500 paint colour options to match your home and landscaping.
